2008 Face Off Circle Spring League
Spring League Schedule (Updated 5-7-08)

Atoms Division: * Ages 4 to 6 (must have finished Bumper Hockey Program or Equivalent)
Mite Division: * Ages 8 and under
Squirt Division: * Ages 9 and 10
Pee Wee Division: (**Middle School) * Ages 11 and 12
Bantam Division: (**Middle School or JV) * Ages 13 and 14
Midget Division: (**JV or Varsity) * Ages 15 through 17
*All ages as of 12/31/08
** Face Off Circle gives players whose High School programs do not have a Middle School, JV or Varsity team an opportunity to play in the High School Spring League. We suggest players whose school do have teams to play for their school teams and register with their High School clubs. These games will be played during the weeknights.
All Spring League games and practices will be on the weekend early/mid morning to late afternoon. We suggest if you are interested in playing but concerned of the schedule not being friendly to your spring sport schedule to still sign up noting your schedule. We will try to work a friendly schedule if possible. If not we will not place your child on a team and refund any deposit.
COST: ATOMS DIVISION: $300.00
ALL OTHER DIVISIONS: $375.00
There will be a $50.00 SECOND child discount for all levels
USA Hockey Registration: All players must be current USA Hockey registered. If you are not a current member you must pay an additional fee of $40.00 for the USA Hockey Membership.
Above fee includes Spring League jersey.
GAMES AND PRACTICES:
Atoms Division games will be: 3 - 10 minute periods with a one minute stopped clock.
(Cross Ice and Full Ice Games will be offered)
All other Division games will be: 3 - 1 1/4 hour long and consist of 3 twelve minute periods.
(1st few games at the Mite level will be 1 minute 30 sec stopped clocked periods)
Midget Division may play in the High School Spring League as a JV or Varsity team. Practices will be on Weekends but games will be during the week. Click here for information or email Wayne Evans for more information
We are also offering a Middle School Division for players wanting to play in the High School Spring League. Practices will be on Weekends but games will be during the week. Click here for information or email Wayne Evans for more information.
All Divisions will have 2 draft sessions and 6 team practices.
All Divisions will have 12 league games and single elimination play offs and a championship game.
All games will be played under USA Hockey rules as amended by the League.
Full USA Hockey approved equipment must be worn, including month guards.
All Activities will be supervised by Wayne Evans, Director of Hockey Operations of the Bucks County Generals
GENERAL INFORMATION:
The 2008 Spring League will starts first week of April and will end in late June.
Total teams in any Division will be determined by the amount of total registrants in that Division.
No teams will have more than 15 skaters and 2 goalies.
Players may be assigned to a Division other then stated on application based on ability and experience.
Coaches are expected to enforce the USA Hockey Code of Conduct with appropriate disciplinary measures
